Concrete Block Remediation Work at No. 2 Carrowteige, Co. Mayo.
Submissions are invited from competent Building Works Contractors, interested in pre-qualification for a later invitation to tender for the remediation of a detached three-bedroom dwelling constructed in a rural housing development located in North-West Mayo. The proposed remediation works, in broad terms, will comprise of the removal of the external leaf of the external wall and replace it with new concrete blockwork. Refurbishment of the dwelling is also required.
