Framework Agreement for the Provision of onsite ICT training and/or support expertise services

The EPA is establishing a single operator framework agreement for the procurement of the provision of ICT Training and/or support expertise services that will take place in the Offices of the EPA (Wexford, Dublin, Castlebar, Cork, Kilkenny, and Monaghan). The training will be provided to staff of the EPA in order to increase their knowledge and use of ICT policies and ICT packages in use in the EPA such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint and CRM. Support expertise services may arise on an ad-hoc basis where the Business Units within the Agency require assistance to resolve issues associated with the IT products.
