The Authority wishes to procure a dedicated resource with pensions, regulatory and corporate governance expertise to provide advice and technical support in developing a supervisory framework to: - comply with the requirements of the IORP II Directive to implement a forward-looking and risk-based approach to supervision; and - support the Pensions Authority’s objective of pension scheme rationalisation. The term of the contract is for a twelve month period with the option to extend for a further six months.
