 Dear Tenderer,

 You are hereby invited to submit a tender for the above project based on the following tender documentation uploaded onto the e-tenders website.

1. Quantified Schedule in relation to builders works.

2.     2 Form of Tender

 All Tenders (Quantified Schedule of Rates) shall be opened as soon as practical after the above deadline for submission of tender documentation, in order for all tender submissions to be evaluated properly.

 The completed tenders shall be returned for the attention of “Mr. Christopher Matthews, Linesight, 6 Hartstonge Street, Limerick, Ireland. Before 12.00hrs on Tuesday the 14 August 2018 and shall be clearly labelled “Tender Documentation for Supply of Concrete Fibre Reinforced 18 Hole Mini Golf Course for JSR Holdings” Please also stamp clearly the name of your company on the all envelopes. Please note that the Form of Tender is to be submitted in a separate envelope to the Quantified Schedule of Rates and shall be clearly endorsed in a similar manner.

 Tenders received after the aforementioned deadline shall be dealt with in accordance with procedures laid down in the current “Code of Tendering Procedure for Single Stage Selective Tendering”

Tenderers are advised that any queries which may arise during the tender period are to be submitted in writing by no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 7^th August 2018 (this being the latest date for receipt of queries), following a review of your queries, a reply will be circulated to all tendering Contractors.

Late tenders and tenders submitted by FAX or e-mail will not be accepted

The Employer does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender.
