Irish Lights Work Management Sys - Irish Lights Requirement for a Work Management System

Irish Lights current Work Management system needs to be replaced. Our implementation of the software is now dated, it has fallen into misuse due to a combination of factors including, onerous amount of details required to be input, overly complex process functionality and inappropriate input methods for some staff. This combined with a drop off of user use/adoption and the need to provide a simpler more effective work management system for maximum uptake across the organisation including effective arrangements for coast working, has caused us to initiate this project.
