Construction of a New Scout HQ Building, Lannagh Road, Castlebar, Co. Mayo. The works consist of the development of a green field site having a gross area of approximately 2,500sq.m. The proposed new building will be a single storey steel framed shell & core building of approximately 600sq m. The proposed development will have a vehicle access off the lane/road (one way) running between the Westport Road and the Lannagh Road with pedestrian access to the building from the footpath running alongside the Lannagh Road on the west side of the development. The development will have car parking space for 11 vehicles plus one space for disabled parking, the entrance to the development and the parking area will be unpaved with the exception of the disabled parking which will be an area of RC concrete.
