Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council.
The successful tenderer will be required to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions.
The successful tenderer will be required to sign contract documents within 5 days of receiving offer of the contract, and works are to be complete within 1 month of signing the contract.
The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.
Sealed tenders endorsed Tender for “REFURBISHMENT WORKS At: Newtown, Bagenalstown, County Carlow.” must be returned to. Administrative Officer, Corporate Services, Carlow County Council, Athy Road, Carlow. Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 4.00pm on Tuesday 7th August 2018.
