Dear Sir/Madam,

 

CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION @ TOURMAKEADY

NATIONAL SCHOOL, TOURMAKEADY, CLAREMORRIS, Co. MAYO

 

Following your acceptance of the invitation to tender for the above work,

we now have pleasure in attaching the following:

 

a) A copy of the specification, site location plan and form of tender.

b) All project drawings pertaining to the construction of the above

dwelling & garage including; plans, sections, elevations, foundation

plans, foundation sections, electrical plan, roof plans and strap

location plans.

 

Will you please also note:

 

1) the site may be inspected by arrangement with Ciara O’ Toole contact

number available on application to Lally Chartered Engineers.

2) tendering procedure will be in accordance with the principles of the

NJCC `Code of Procedure for Single Stage Selective Tendering´ 1996;

3) examination and adjustment of priced bill(s) (Section 6 of Code);

 

Alternative 1 will apply

One copy of the Specification, priced to the amount shown on the included Tender Form, with all entries in black ink, shall be delivered to

the Offices of Lally Chartered Engineers in the envelope provided by not

later than 12.30pm, Friday 13th July 2018.

Please acknowledge receipt of these documents and confirm that you are

able to submit a tender in accordance with these instructions in the

envelope provided.
