Dear Sirs,

 

 

 

You are cordially invited to submit a comprehensive tender proposal for the above in accordance with the following documentation namely:

 

 

 

1.            Information Pack

 

 

 

Preliminary Health & Safety Plan

Preliminary Inspection Plan

Fire Safety Cert

Disable Access Cert

 

 

 

2.            Works Requirements

 

 

 

 

Volume A - Works Requirments

Volume B- Form of Tender

Volume C - Pricing Document

 

Each Tenderer will be required to submit a “Fixed Price” Tender Sum (i.e. “fixed” in terms of future inflation costs) and this submission must indicate clearly the proposed time for completion of the works (please refer to the enclosed Form of Tender). 

 

 

 

(1)     Any technical queries during the Quotation Period should be raised with Mr Bill McEvoy at this office.

 

(2)     A Site Visit may be organised by prior arrangement with Lisa Shorthall or Micheal Byrne -Offaly Historical Society

 

(3)     The Client reserves the right to accept any quotation from those submitted or to refuse all.

 

(4)     The completed and signed Form of Tender should be returned no later than 12noon on 17^th July 2018, in a sealed envelope to:

Tendering Contractors are to ensure the following:

 

 

 

1.            The Tender Return Price as recorded is a Fixed Price Lump Sum Amount.

 

2.           Connections to the existing Foul Sewer have been allowed for within the Tender Return.

 

3.           Connections to the Surface Water System have been allowed for within the Tender Return.

 

4.           The proposed Structures will be fit for purpose.

 

5.           The Main Contractor has visited the site and has satisfied himself that all elements including service runs have been accounted for within the Tender Price.

 

6.           All underground trenches, foundations, rising walls and slabs, steps, ramps and paving have been allowed for in the fixed price.

 

7.           The Main Contractor has allowed for the making good of all surfaces on completion.
