The Works include: • PSCS role • Securing of the works area during the works • Site clearance and profiling • Disposal of construction waste and surplus spoil • Traffic management and dust, noise & vibration control • Wastewater treatment plant supply and installation • Supply and installation of sand polishing filter and gravel distribution area • New drainage pipelines and manholes • Remediation of existing drainage pipelines and manholes • Decommission and removal of existing septic tanks, holding tank and percolation area • Management of adjacent Japanese Knotweed • Ancillary site works, including cable ducting, access road and fencing • Mechanical and electrical services.
