RFT for Business Intelligence solution, with associated maintenance and support

PAS understands the increasing importance of data to an organisation and recognises that this dependency will only increase in future. PAS therefore wishes to procure a Business Intelligence solution, with associated maintenance and support, to provide the organisation with data visualisation and presentation functionality. The Public Appointments Service (“PAS”) invites tenders from interested parties for the provision, maintenance and support of a server based Business Intelligence solution. Working with the ten envisaged users and administrator, the successful vendor will carry out an initial discovery of data sources within PAS. The vendor will then configure the solution with dashboards to meet the needs of PAS recruitment and operational managers. PAS expects staff will use the proposed solution to analyse various data sources held by the organisation. These include Oracle and MySQL databases as well as Excel spreadsheets.
