Holy Spirit Boys & Girls National School consists of a school building which is located in Ballymun, Dublin 11. The whole school building has an approximate floor area of 6500m². The scope of the works will be as follows: • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing emergency lighting system and wiring throughout the Main School Building, Girls School building and Boys School Building as indicated on the drawings. • Supply, installation, testing and certification of a new emergency lighting system throughout the throughout the Main School Building, Girls School building and Boys School Building as indicated on the drawings. This includes all light fittings, cabling, containment, etc. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing fire alarm system and wiring in the Main School Building, Girls School Building and Boys School Building as indicated on the drawings. • Supply, installation, testing and certification of a new fire alarm system throughout the school building as indicated on the drawings. This includes all fire alarm fittings, cabling, containment, etc. • Thorough cleaning throughout the Main School Building, Girls School Building and Boys School Building so that the building is clean and tidy for re-opening on the school. • Contractor to make good and damaged paintwork to be repaired to match existing and include for firestopping. • All builders’ works associated with the above.
