The following meter reading services are required for both Domestic and Non-domestic accounts : • Quarterly domestic meter reads within defined read windows • Monthly, thirdly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual non-domestic meter reads within defined read windows • Special meter reads • Off-cycle meter reads • Alert data collection • Alarm data collection • Upload of meter read data, alert data and alarm data to IW Meter Data Management (MDM) • Meter investigations e.g. meter-up, customer complaints investigations The services are required for the following regions: 1. Domestic meter reads for Connaught/Ulster region including Leitrim, Sligo, Roscommon, Mayo, Galway County & City, Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan 2. Domestic meter reads for Eastern/Midlands region including Louth, Meath, Longford, Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Wicklow, Dublin and Kildare 3. Domestic meter reads for Southern region including Limerick County & City, Clare, Kerry, Cork County & City, Tipperary, Wexford, Kilkenny and Carlow 4. Non-domestic meter reads for Sligo, Roscommon, Galway County & City, Donegal and Limerick County (excluding Limerick City) As further non-domestic meter reading services transition from current suppliers, Irish Water may, at its discretion, run individual mini-tenders to award the provision of services. The successful suppliers to this tender will be invited to and may respond to any mini-tender regardless of region i.e. for any future awards under this framework, suppliers will not be restricted to regions awarded. Irish Water will make no guarantee on running mini tenders.
