Holy Spirit Ballymun EWS 2018 - Holy Spirit Ballymun - Electrical Upgrade Works

This project entails the supply and installation of some new electrical systems and items in the building. The scope of the works will be as follows: • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing emergency lighting system and wiring throughout the Main School Building, Girls School building and Boys School Building as indicated on the drawings. • Supply, installation, testing and certification of a new emergency lighting system throughout the throughout the Main School Building, Girls School building and Boys School Building as indicated on the drawings. This includes all light fittings, cabling, containment, etc. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing fire alarm system and wiring in the Main School Building, Girls School Building and Boys School Building as indicated on the drawings. • Supply, installation, testing and certification of a new fire alarm system throughout the school building as indicated on the drawings. This includes all fire alarm fittings, cabling, containment, etc. • Thorough cleaning throughout the Main School Building, Girls School Building and Boys School Building so that the building is clean and tidy for re-opening on the school. • Contractor to make good and damaged paintwork to be repaired to match existing and include for firestopping. • Contractor to include for all builders works items as highlighted in the drawings & specification.
