Provision of Employee Assistance and CISM Services to CIE Group
This is a call to competition by Córas Iompair Éireann on behalf of itself and its operating companies for the procurement of employee assistance services for its workforce of approximately 10,000 employees located throughout Ireland.
The Employment Assistance Programme (“EAP”) service is for the provision of a 24/7/365 telephone helpline as well as confidential short-term solution focused for employees of the CIE Group companies, to help them address and resolve personal and work related problems that may affect health, wellbeing, and performance at work. In addition, Iarnród Éireann, Bus Átha Cliath and Bus Éireann will require Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services in the event of a major incident occurring in the rail or bus networks.

NB: The deadline for receipt of completed pre-qualification questionnaires is 12.00 noon on Monday, 11 June 2018.
