RFT NALA web design - Web design, development, maintenance and support for the National Adult Literacy Agency

The National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA) invites tender submissions from experienced web development agencies to design, develop and maintain a new www.nala.ie website for NALA. Our objective is to ensure that our customers have a successful experience when they interact with us online, and to allow us to work more effectively. The current NALA website was designed and built in Drupal 7 and launched in 2012. There have been significant changes since then and we now want to redesign our website so that we better meet the exact needs our customers online. We want to meet best practice and capitalise on new and emerging tactics so that we ensure customers have a successful experience when they interact with us and maximise and track engagement so that we can improve our services. The deadline for submission of tenders is 5pm Friday 8 June 2018.
