The Provision of Accreditation Services

The media accreditation process comprises a number of steps, from registration and data capture to printing and issuing of badges, and can include a vetting process which is performed in collaboration with An Garda Síochána. The Department is inviting tenders from suitably qualified providers of media accreditation services for the provision of a robust and proven web-based system to be used, as and when required, over a period of one year, commencing from June 2018. The service providers will be expected to provide an efficient and cost-effective media accreditation service suitable for covering a wide range of events, numbering between twelve and fifteen across a one-year period, including high-profile visits by foreign dignitaries and Heads of State. The successful tenderer will be able to provide a system which can be used for accreditation, event registration and production of badges for attendees of large-scale national and international events and conferences hosted or supported by the Department from time to time.
