CCC18 (7) - Bank Place Bridge Remedial Works

The Works at Bank Place Bridge shall consist of the scope of works shown on the drawings and specifications including: - Provide, maintain and dismantle safe access to the works - Provide, maintain and dismantle traffic management for the duration of the works - Remove existing carriageway surface - Removal of loose and poor quality concrete from the soffits of the eight downstand beams and the deck slab - Cleaning and application of a rust inhibitor to any exposed reinforcing steel - Patch repairs to the deck slab soffit - Cleaning and patch repair of the parapets - Injecting of the longitudinal crack (cold joint) in the beams with an epoxy grout - Removal of the existing concrete road slabs - Replace the (assumed) expansion joints over the abutments - Resurface the road with hot rolled asphalt (HRA) This contract was awarded to Triur Construction Ltd, Creggane, Ballinasloe, Co.
