Howth Harbour Workshop - Provision of Engineering Led Consultancy Services for Harbour Workshop Construction at Howth F.H.C. Dublin.

The Department requires the services of an Engineering Led Design Consultant to prepare the following: Stage (i) Preliminary design – Including: project scoping with user requirement specification assessment, draft drawings and sketches, budgetary costings, pre planning meeting, preparation management and submission of planning package and response and addressing of planning queries and requirements. Stage (ii) Detailed design, including but not limited to: site testing, drawings, models and traffic plans, prelim H&S plan, prelim construction planning, Fire certification, compliance with Disability Access criteria. Stage (iii) Tender action, evaluation, award to the latest government procurement contracts, practices and procedures Stage (iv) Works, including management of works, liaison and arrangements with utilities and local authorities for service connections, PSDP, Building control certification Stage (v) Handover, for the Harbour Office Upgrade project in accordance with all legal certificaitons, requirements and approvals.
