GMIT iHub Extension 2018 - GMIT iHub Extension 2018

The Contracting Authority (Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology) intends to award a contract for an extension to the existing iHub at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology – Galway Campus, Dublin Road, Galway. GMIT are inviting expressions of interest as part of the first stage of a two-stage process under the restricted procedure. Candidates who are selected for inclusion on the tender will be issued a formal Invitation to Tender Document, inclusive of the award criteria and further information in relation to the second stage of this process and the works required. Please refer to the project information memorandum and documentation attached for further information. This extension will be funded by a grant from Enterprise Ireland, and by GMIT Contract Awarded to: Burns Construction & Civil Engineering Ltd, 1 Kilkerrin Park, Liosban Industrial Estate Galway on the 29.11.2018
