The work program outlined for this contract is a specialist task. For this contract to be successful it must be conducted with precision and in a systematic manner in order to meet the program objectives. In the interests of flight safety the contractor must conduct the contract so as not to cause hindrance or hazard to aircraft operations or cause concern to aviation using the airfield concurrently with work. To this end all personnel employed on the contract must be vigilant at all times to what is going on around them.The Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, the operation and cost of which, will be reviewed on an annual basis
