The Health Service Executive invite contractors to prequalify for the renovation of a single storey former ward at St. Joseph's Hospital to provide new offices for pension management for the HSE. The existing stone protected structure building will be internally renovated, altered and refurbished.
Tenders cannot be made online. In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must submit the form QW1 SAQ and relevant appendices and supporting documentation. The deadline for Tender submission is 3pm on the 18th May 2018. Submissions should be in the form of 2 hard copies and 1 soft copy in PDF format on DVD or USB and addressed to Joe Hoare, Estates West, Holland Road, National Technology Park, Limerick, V94 C9T4
