Bord Iascaigh Mhara 2018 - Transfer of Information relating to the Development of the Inishturk Fish Farm Project

This Request for Proposals relates to the offer for sale/transfer by Bord Iascaigh Mhara (“BIM”) of environmental reports, including the Natura Impact Statement, the Environmental Impact Statement, and all drawings, maps and particulars attached thereto (the “Environmental Information”) procured by BIM in connection with the development of the Inishturk Fishfarm Project (the “Project”). BIM is obliged to ensure it achieves a fair market price in respect of assets it intends to dispose of and this competitive tender process is for the purpose of discharging that obligation. BIM requires bidders to include details of their proposed plans to carry out the development, if successful. This is for information only and shall not form part of BIM’s assessment of tenders.
