daa is now looking for interest from prospective Retailers to manage and operate several Retail Outlets in Dublin Airport Terminal 1 (T1) on a Concession Basis in the following areas of activity: Terminal One (T1) Proposed Concepts • Lot 1 – Premium Men’s Fashion with proven track record in Travel Retail (One Unit) • Lot 2 – Premium Men’s & Ladies’ Fashion with proven track record in Travel Retail (One Unit) • Lot 3 – Jewellery (One Unit) • Lot 4 – Mid-range/Premium Accessories or Sporting Lifestyle Fashion with proven track record in Travel Retail (One Unit) • Lot 5 – Mid-Range Men’s & Ladies’ Fashion with proven track record in Travel Retail (One Unit) The existing Fashion/Jewellery/Accessories & Luggage Outlets (Four in total), located Airside within the Terminal One Extension Area T1, are due up for renewal shortly. The total meterage space for the four existing units will be divided up into 5 separate units and the proposed flow will be as outlined above. Outlet sizes will range from 60m2 to 134 m2 approximately for LOTS 1 to 5. Exact meterage of each unit will be advised at Request for Tender (RFT) stage. Total 2017 Sales (Excluding VAT) for existing four outlets are outlined below • €1.66m Mid-Range Men’s & Ladies’ Fashion (sales relate to 196m2 space approx.) • €1.1m Jewellery -71m2 approx. • €952k Accessories -83m2 approx. • €566k Travel Solutions/Luggage - 134m2 approx. It is expected that the tender period will be 5 years. Prospective Concessionaires will be able to tender for more than one Lot, but they may not propose to move the concepts from the flow indicated in the proposed concepts listing above, (Lots 1 to 5).
