Hybrid Cloud Solution - Contract for the Provision of Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Solution, Associated Equipment and Services

Dear Tenderer,

Having evaluated all Responses from Tenderers, Monaghan County Council (The Contracting Authority) wishes to make an amendment to its Microsoft Office licensing requirements to ensure a like for like comparison.

In accordance with public procurement regulations and equal treatment, Tenderers are now being invited to submit their Best and Final Offer (BAFO) for Microsoft Office Licensing component only, as per the following amended requirements:

• Exchange Online Kiosk Licensing for 25 Users
• Exchange Online P1 Licensing for 25 Users
• Office 365 Business Premium Licensing for 300 Users

Please download the Invitation for Best and Final Offer which contains the new Form of Tender for this component only. Tenderers are required to complete, sign and return the Form of Tender set out as an Appendix 1 to this Invitation.
