Watergate Flats - Energy Efficiency Upgrade Works Contract

In 2017, Limerick City and County Council, with the assistance of SSE Airtricity Energy Services Limited, successfully completed a Phase 1 Energy Efficiency Upgrade Works Contract to 66units at Watergate Flats, Limerick City. This project was partly funded through the SEAI Better Energy Community Scheme. This contract notice relates to the Phase 2 Energy Efficiency Upgrade Works Contract to 44units at Watergate Flats which will also be partly funded through the SEAI Better Energy Community Scheme. The procurement method for this competition will follow a two-stage process in accordance with the RESTRICTED procurement route. Interested Works Contractors are now being invited to express their interest to be shortlisted to tender for this project, by completing and submitting the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (Stage 1). A maximum of six Contractors will be shortlisted to proceed to Stage 2 – tender. Refer to the Project Information Memorandum for further information.
