Mallow Town park - Mallow Castle Park/Mallow Town Park - Appointment of a Landscape Architect-Led Design Team (Re-advertisement)

Cork County Council (The Client) requires a Consultant Landscape Architect-Led Design Team for the preparation, planning and detailed Scheme Design to Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) for the development of the existing gardens and historic landscape at Mallow Castle together with the main Mallow Town Park as high quality public amenity and year-round visitor destinations, to strengthen their connectivity with the Main Townscape, to maximise the use of the parks for the people of Mallow and visitors to the town in a sensitive, safe, sustainable, attractive, harmonious and all-inclusive manner. Following on from the completion of the Part 8 Scheme Design, the Landscape Architect Led Multidisciplinary Design Team will be required to carry out a full detailed design, delivery to completion of Phase 1 of the development associated with Mallow Castle Park and Mallow Town Park Development, Mallow, Co. Cork.
