PIN - Prior Information Notice - R448 / R700 Thomastown Culvert Rehabilitation Scheme

This is not a call for competition. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) relating to the R448 / R700 Thomastown Culvert Rehabilitation Scheme for Kilkenny County Council. In Quarter 2, 2018, Kilkenny County Council intend to publish a request for tenders for the rehabilitation of Thomastown Culvert, a 257m long culvert structure primarily of reinforced concrete construction but with masonry arches at the inlet and outlet. Repairs include the fabrication, installation and grouting of glass reinforced plastic liners, concrete repairs and repointing/repair of stonework. The estimated Contract value is between €650,000 to €800,000 excluding VAT The estimated duration of construction is 10 weeks excluding prefabrication.
