The works consists of: 1. The remodelling of the internal public office layout 2. The removal of sections of the existing plasterboard ceilings and bulkheads 3. The installation of new plasterboard bulkheads and suspended ceilings 4. The replacement of one glazed automated sliding door with new glazed double doorset 5. Installation of new doors & joinery 6. The supply & installation of new bespoke build-in furniture 7. Mechanical works inclusive of the removal of existing and installation of new heating and cooling units. 8. All Electrical works, inclusive of general power & data, lighting, AV CCTV wiring, smoke and fire detection installations. 9. Internal Branding & Signage installations The building located at No.59 O’Connell Street, Dublin 1 and the fit-out works are limited to the Ground Floor Level. The Area of Proposed works will 182.5m2The main contractor will be appointed as PSCS. The works require an experienced fit-out contractor specialising in retail and commercial interiors. The building is with the curtilage of protected structures, the contractor shall demonstrate previous experience of working on protected or historic buildings with traditional materials. 2 Hard copies and 1 Soft copy required.
