Consultancy Services Colaiste Eoin Autism Unit
The project consists of the provision of an Autism Unit through the upgrade of the East Block of the College to include the construction of a new vertical circulation core to accommodate a new stairs and lift; the upgrade of South Block of the College and the upgrade of existing male and female toilets. Service provided to include but not limited to: preparation and submission of Planning Application, Fire Certificate and Disability Certificate. Production of tender document, evaluation of tenders and project management to final delivery stage.
