A41/61/31 - IMMA RHK North Range - Fire and Security Upgrade Works (Electrical Specialist)

Fire, Security & M&E Upgrade Works to the North Range of the RHK. Fire Safety works including compartmentation, upgrade of fire doors and upgrade of life safety systems are required in the North Range. Works will include Electrical Works and General upgrade of the following: -Electrical mains and submains distrubution -Lighting -Emergency lighting -Communications services -Fire alarm -Smoke fire damper systems (controls and wiring) -Security systems intruder alarm -CCTV system -Controls wiring (BMS) The above services are to be partially refurbished in a Historic Building of culture significants Along with the works involved the project scope will include the provision of preliminaries, such as, site compound, site hoarding, scaffolding, site signage, health and safety protections, and protections to architectural elements
