TCD-18-20 - Arts Building Refresh Projects

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin intends to appoint a suitably qualified contractor via a two stage restricted procedure to carry out phased programme of works to refresh of the Trinity Arts Building in 2 phases, namely; Phase 1 (June 2018-Aug 2018); - The removal of existing carpets and replacement with new carpet tiles. - The removal of existing Dalsouple vinyl finish to stairs and replacement with new Dalsouple vinyl finish. - Installation of new Lockers - Installation of new Recycling Bins. - Installation of new wall mounted Power Points to new break out furniture areas. - Installation of new enhanced wifi points to circulation break out areas. - Specialist cleaning of blockwork / concrete walls. - Installation of new lighting to break out areas. Phase 2 (June 2019-Aug 2019); - Installation of new Light boxes - Installation of new Signage - Removal of existing partitions to offices to create multi-functional space at 3 courtyards. - Installation of Pop up Retail Units / Acoustic Pods at LGF - Removal of walls in Teaching Spaces. - Forming new openings in walls. - Landscaping works.
