SMILE Resource Exchange - Framework Agreement for Environmental Consultancy Services for the SMILE Resource Exchange Programme

Macroom E wishes to set up a Framework Agreement for Environmental Consultancy Services that will provide technical support assistance to businesses in the SMILE Resource Exchange network. Two levels of assistance are required: 1) Level 1: Entry level support for businesses at the initial stages of exploring more efficient management of resource/waste streams in their business with a specific focus on resource exchange synergies 2) Level 2: Project based support for businesses who require assistance to develop a specific resource exchange project Macroom E is currently seeking tenders for the delivery of such technical consultancy services from March 2018 to March 2021. Applicants can tender for either or both levels of support, i.e. Level 1 and Level 2 support as described above, and their preference should be stated clearly in their proposal. Attached is an Application Form and an overview of the SMILE programme and the consultancy services required for the next 3 year period.
