Building 156 is a four storey office building, which was constructed in 2000. It is located in Shannon Free Zone Industrial Estate in Shannon, Co. Clare and is currently fully occupied by a single tenant. The four storey structure contains an atrium. The gross internal floor area of the building is circa 2865 sq. m. In addition to a full office refurbishment, the works will also extend works to the roof (new atrium skylight & fall arrest system), an element of hard/soft landscaping to the entrance of the building and an extension to the existing car-park etc. A full HVAC upgrade will also be necessary. The building will be vacated in advance of the fit-out works.
