Cheshire Waterford - Suplly Install Commission / Communication System

1. Cheshire Ireland is seeking tenders for the supply and installation of Communication system to be installed at Waterford Cheshire, Johns Hill, Waterford. The system should comprise of a main control panel complete with back up batteries, speech modules in each apartment, radio receivers for telecare sensors including personal pendants and a DECT cordless phone system. The cordless phones will need to be carried by staff and will be used to take calls from the system and will allow two way speech between the service user’s speech modules and the phones. The system needs to be flexible in its programming and calls from service users can be directed to the appropriate staff throughout the day. Supply, install and commission the following: 1 only main control panel incl. back-up batteries Communicall Vi speech module in each apartment Pullcord in the bathroom of each apartment 8 only Radio receivers to cover the entire building – used to pick up signals from pendants and telecare sensors 1 only DECT cordless phone system 12 only DECT cordless base units – will provide coverage throughout the building 6 only DECT cordless phones – carried by staff 2. Integrated System whereby: Cheshire require for a phone system to replace the reception switchboard, offices/ extensions that will be able to have a bigger voicemail system and something that can leave a message at each extension as well. The phone system should also support an internal system where neighbours can call each other without being charged externally much the same as a hotel bedroom ringing another bedroom in the same hotel. We would also request that the phone system had some sort of feature that we could text too and from staff
