RE: UCC/2018/02 - Establishment of a Single Supplier Framework AGreement for the provision of s Student Records System and Support Services

I am pleased to advise you that following your submission of your pre-qualification questionnare, your company has been short-listed and you are now being invited to participate in the competitive dialogue process for UCC's single supplier framework agreement for the provision of a Student Records System and Support Services.

The first round of Dialogue will take place on-site in UCC the week commencing 02nd July 2018.  A separate letter will be forwarded to you in the coming weeks with details of your allocated time, date, venue and agenda for the first meeting.  In the meantime, an "Invitation to Participate in Competitive Dialogue Document" will be issued to you today specifying details of the next steps which will include the submission of a draft proposal for Dialogue.  This document will be issued to you via the eTenders website.  You will receive notification by email from eTenders at the same time as this letter to say the documentation is availabe on-line.  You will be required to confirm that you wish to participate further in the process by emailing procurement@ucc.ie by 5 p.m. Thurs 31st May.
