Dear Tenderers,
Tenders are sought for the supply and installation of an Optical 3D metrology system capable of measurements on single disc layers, bonded disc layers and CAD drawing to manufactured disc comparison for the Fraunhofer Institute, DCU. The system proposed must be capable of measuring microfluidic channel depths, widths, surface roughness, wall inclination angles and warp across a microfluidic disc.
