SD/02/18 - The removal and environmental disposal of existing floor covering and the supply and fitting of new carpet tiles to the Department of Social Protection, Dominic Street, Limerick.
Sealed tenders addressed to the Office Administrator, Furniture Division, Office of Public Works, Mountshannon Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8, D08 XA06 and receivable up to noon on 14th February 2018, are invited for the removal and environmental disposal of existing floor covering and the supply and fitting of new carpet tiles to the Department of Social Protection, Dominic Street, Limerick.
The form of tender (see page 11) must be signed by an authorised officer of the firm. Failure to sign the form of tender will invalidate the offer. When submitting tenders, the envelope should be marked clearly “TENDER SD/02/18”.
The award criteria will be price, quality, ability to complete the work within the timeframe and proven track record in the fitting of carpet tiles. It is a condition of the award of the contract that a firm must be able to produce promptly a Tax Clearance Certificate.
