Tenderers are required to submit one hard and one soft copy of the following documentation as part of their tender:

 

  • Completed Tender and Schedule (FTS6)

  • Completed Pricing Document

  • Confirmation of appointment as PSCS including completed PSCS Questionnaire

  • Completed Insurances Questionnaire & copy of current Insurances

  • Preliminary Works Proposal

  • Please complete and sign Works Declaration LEADER (WDL) as well as the SAQ

  • Please complete and sign Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and provide evidence as appropriate to include

    • Examples of similar completed projects (No more than 3 A4 pages)

    • Completed Insurances Questionnaire & copy of current Insurances

    • eTax clearance verification details

    • Completed and Signed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and appendices

 

 

 

The contract to be used is The form of Public Works Contract FTS6 Short Public Works Contract.  Any questions relating to the tender are to be addressed to Sweeney Architects via etenders.  The Contracting Authority do not bind themselves to accept the lowest Tender, nor will the cost of preparing and submitting any Tender be paid by the Contracting Authority.
