The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority) is following the Competitive Dialogue Tender Procedure as described in Article 30 of Directive 2014/24/EC as transposed
into Irish law on 5 May 2016 the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 ( the “2016 Regulations”)
The Contracting Authority is issuing this Invitation to Submit Final Tender (“ISFT”) as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients.
The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service.
References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
All queries relating to any aspect of this Competition or of this ISFT must be directed to the messaging facility on www.etenders.gov.ie.
Queries will be accepted no later than 12.00 noon, Monday 29th January 2018.
Tenders must be received not later than 12.00 noon, Monday 12th February 2018 (the “Tender Deadline”). Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this
Competition.
