Role of Employers Representative and Assigned Certifier for Construction stage, including all ancillary services associated with the design/build rapid build project of a 24 Unit Infill Social Housing Development at Killininny, Old Bawn, Tallaght, Dublin 24. In order to qualify for consideration: 1. Tenders must have administered as ER a Public Works Contracts to the value of €5,0000,000 singularly or in accumulation; and preferably, but not exclusively, a Public Works Contracts Contractors Design PW-CF2. 2. Tenderers must have Assigned Certifier experience of certifying timber frame construction.
