Refurbishment and alteration of Reask Ward and shared support accommodation at Sliabh Mis Mental Health Unit, University Hospital Kerry

 This HSE request for tender applicants is for the apppointment of a building works contractor . Further information is contained within the tender documents available for download with this notice  

The works contract will involve the complete upgrade of the 16-bed Reask Ward plus refurbishment of the shared day room areas plus refurbishment of the shared support accommodation.

The works will include internal demolitions, new internal walls, new joinery, new sanitary installations, new water services & ventilation services, new electrical installations and all new finishes.

The works specification includes specialist anti-ligature and anti-vandal installations.

The existing hospital and the remainder of the Sliabh Mis Mental Health Unit will remain in operation during the works. The works will be phased to facilitate this.
