TCD-17-73 - Refurbishment Works to Dunlop Oriel House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2

The work comprises refurbishment of Dunlop Oriel House including removing and replacing existing partitions, doors, finishes, fittings and adjustments to existing mechanical and electrical works. The project will be carried out whilst the Client remains in the building and works will be phased to allow for the building to remain functional at all times during the works.
