OEE-17-Odour - Appointment of Agent(s) to the Environmental Protection Agency to undertake an evaluation of off-site odour impacts at licensed sites

The OEE require suitably qualified and experienced expert(s) to act as site agent(s) to undertake routine subjective odour assessment in the environs of the facilities and installations in order to verify the presence and source of odours, and assess the nature and extent of such odours. Recording, investigating and responding to complaints of odours will also be required. The reports from such assessments may be used in future enforcement actions taken by the OEE including prosecutions as appropriate. The OEE may also use the information resulting from this project for reporting and communication purposes.
