North Tipperary Genealogy & Heritage Services CLG invites tenders for  Leadwork to Entrance Parapet Wall & Associated Works to Governor’s House, Nenagh   Full specifications and details of the required works are contained within the documentation attached.

Hard copy of tender documentation, marked "Tender for Leadwork to Entrance Parapet Wall & Associated Works to Governor’s House, Nenagh"  should be submitted to North Tipperary Genealogy & Heritage Services CLG by 12 noon on Thursday 14th December 2017. Electronic submissions cannot be considered.

The Award Criteria for the project is based solely on price.  The weighting system is 100% price.  The fail criteria is non-compliance with the specification set out in the tender documents.
