Re:      Construction of 4 houses at Slate Row, Hacketstown, Co. Carlow.

 

 

 

 

 

Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council.

 

 

 

The successful tenderer will be required, to produce the specified insurance and to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions.  Tenderers will be required to comply with Tax Clearance Certification Procedures, Health and Safety legislation requirements and to be a subscriber to the Sick Pay/Pension Scheme.

 

 

 

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

 

 

 

Sealed tenders endorsed Tender for “Construction of 4 houses at Slate Row, Hacketstown, Co. Carlow.” must be returned to Administrative Officer, Carlow County Council, County Buildings, Athy Road, Carlow.  Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 4.00 p.m. on Friday 15^th December 2017.
