SSB025F - Request for Information / Market Research for Services for Public Bodies / Government Departments in regard to Business Process Automation / Robotic Process Automation
The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) on behalf of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) intends to run competitive procurement processes for Business Process Automation Services (BPA) (robotic process automation (RPA)) in 2018. This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks[1], or other contract types, available for use by all public sector bodies within the OGP remit.
As part of the process, the OGP wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to meet the aggregated demand for Business Process Automation Services (robotic process automation) across all bodies in the OGP remit[2] .
The OGP is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research.
This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on Business Process Automation Services (robotic process automation). It is not a call for competition.
Submissions should be sent to the post box on eTenders and must be received by 12.00pm (Irish time), on Wednesday 6th December 2017.
