Provision of Financial Analysis, Appraisal and Financial Viability Assessment Services for 2016. Review of the Assessment & Reporting Process

The Regulation Office is seeking proposals from relevant individuals or organisations for the delivery of individual Financial Assessment Reports in relation to a group of up to 28 not-for-profit housing organisations (Approved Housing Bodies). The Service Provider will be required to assess information including business plans and financial plans that will be provided in both standardised template format and non-standardised information and also to provide aggregated data for global reporting purposes. In addition, it is planned to undertake a review of the financial assessment and reporting process in quarter two of 2018
