The Contracting Authority intends to establish an agreement for the supply, installation, commissioning and support of a complete fit-out of the ICT infrastructure on which the new school's ICT systems will operate over the coming years. To include server, Wi-Fi, speakers, digital signage, networking and connectivity along with the reinstallation of old equipment. The Contracting Authority will include in this agreement the provision of the supply, installation, and configuration of a Wired Network, a Core Network, a high-end Wi-Fi Wireless Solution, Server(s) and Cloud Environment, Re-purposing of ICT equipment, 33 classroom speakers, 4 digital signage screens, Back-up, Disaster Recovery and Security for the new school building of Loreto Secondary School, Pembroke Hill, Wexford. It will also include the installation and configuration of existing hardware (current computers, digital signage & speakers) requiring relocation, to the new site and a comprehensive technical support service. Along with the installation, and configuration of 62 desktop computers that will be purchased under the OGP desktop Framework. The Contracting Authority shall also be entitled to utilise this agreement for the supply of a Service Level Agreement for the support and maintenance of the above
