Ballyhoura Development CLG is currently seeking to create a panel of qualified trainers for the next 3 years 2017 - 2020.

Ballyhoura Development is a community led local development company, working to support communities, families, individuals and business. Structured as a non-profit company, with charitable status. Ballyhoura Development is a partnership of the community and voluntary sector, social partners, local government and statutory agencies covering North East County Cork and East County Limerick. Ballyhoura Development offers information, mentoring, training, research & development and capital support working with people most in need of assistance to access opportunities that will increase their economic sustainability and improve their quality of life. Ballyhoura Development is currently seeking to create a panel of qualified trainers from which providers will be selected to participate in a mini-competition for contract award for delivery of a wide variety of training courses as the specific needs arise. Ballyhoura Development has a strong community sector educational and SME focus and many potential area of training will be required under the following headings. The following list is only an indication of the courses being considered and proposals for other appropriate courses will be welcomed. Enterprise & Employment Community Development Culture, Heritage Tourism & Recreation Children, Families & Wellbeing Environmental Sustainability Life Long Learning Training will take place in a variety of venues within and outside of the Ballyhoura Area and locations will be advised with RFT’s.
